This is the “Fuga” ringtone found on old Nokia cell phones and to my knowledge, also on the BlackBerry. It was scored and made into MIDI by me using Finale Notepad (which is no longer offered free), then played with the Music Animation Machine (smalin, www.musanim.com). The score from Finale Notepad is also captured, both using the free CamStudio.
