The new LG GW620 is the newest offer from LG that will, for the very first time, feature the Android operating system. This release only comes a week after the announcement by the third largest mobile phone manufacturer that they will be releasing 3 new mobile phones that will be running Windows Mobile. These efforts seem to be paving the way for LG to expand the smartphone market and make it a lot more accessible to everyone. With this newest release, LG is honoring its commitment to bringing consumers better choices and experiences.
The Design
In terms of the design, this mobile phone does not necessarily stand out. That is to say, it comes in a very basic style that is both fashionable and modern (although it is not at the same level of the Nokia N series or Blackberry community). It also features a 3.0-inch resistive touchscreen that has a 320 x 480 pixel resolution (262K colors).
